The Story of Pipeline
Pipeline has been owned and operated by Jerry and Laura Marroquin since 1993. Laura’s dad Fran Ursini first purchased the restaurant for $90,000 in 1968 and then the building in 1969. Fran ran the hamburger and ice cream stand for years and it was called Hadley’s. Eventually Fran leased it out to others and they called the restaurant Vito’s Pipeline. Laura spent all of her childhood birthday’s and other summer days playing in the sand with her friends and siblings.
Laura and Jerry kept the name Pipeline and the rest is history. Jerry and Laura love having out-of-town visitors who come back year after year. We have seen kids turn into parents over the course of the years. We even exchange Christmas cards with some of our customers. Pipeline is filled with love stories and some of their employees have even married each other!
Thank you for visiting!
